Privacy Policy

Who we are

TradeOnDEX is a publication about decentralized exchanges (DEXs). This site has no user accounts or login functionality: you can read all content without creating an account or giving us personal data.

We are a publisher, not a financial services provider: not a broker, not an exchange, and not a crypto-asset service provider (CASP). We execute no transactions and hold no funds, so we have no need for your identification or payment details either. If you sign up with an external platform through an affiliate link, that platform processes your data under its own privacy policy, over which we have no control.

What data we collect

We only collect basic, aggregated visitor statistics (e.g. which pages are visited, roughly how many visitors we have) to improve the site. There are no accounts, no forms that store personal data in a database, and no payment data flowing through the site.

If you contact us (see below), we process the data you provide yourself (e.g. your email address) solely to answer your question.

Cookies and local storage

This site stores your light/dark theme preference in your browser's localStorage. This stays local to your device, is not sent to our servers, and isn't linked to a profile.

No third-party advertising or tracking cookie is used. If we later integrate third-party analytics software or affiliate tracking pixels, this policy will be updated and, where legally required, a cookie notice with a consent mechanism will be added.

Hosting and technology

The site is hosted via Cloudflare Pages and content is managed through a git-based CMS (Keystatic). Visitor traffic runs through Cloudflare's infrastructure; see Cloudflare's privacy policy for their role as a data processor for traffic data.

Governing language

This English version of the privacy policy is the binding version. Any other language version, including the Dutch translation, is provided for convenience only. In the event of a difference in meaning between versions, the English text prevails.

This is a living document. Once analytics, advertising tools, or affiliate tracking technology are actually added, we'll update this page and note the change date.
